When You Were a Baby

by Deborah Shaw Lewis & Gregg Lewis

What was it like when I was a baby?

Little children love babies. They’re fascinated by the idea that they themselves came into the world as tiny infants and intrigued by the actions of younger children. This beautiful and unusual book will take you and your child back to that special time when your child was a baby. It answers the many questions children have about birth, infancy, and families with easy-to-understand text and beautiful hand-tinted photos.

Sharing When You Were a Baby can be an enjoyable and simple way to strengthen your child’s sense of personal and family identity. Authors Deborah and Gregg Lewis also suggest related topcis for parents to discuss with their children, personalizing the book for your family and establishing a pattern of meaningful conversation between you and your child. And what a wonderful way to prepare your child to welcome a new brother or sister! Moms and dads, grandpas and grandmas, and brothers and sisters will all enjoy reading—and remembering—When You Were a Baby.
